1. In a small bowl, whisk Greek seasoning, fresh lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil.
2. Gently stir in feta cheese. Refrigerate minimum of 15 minutes.
3. Add romaine lettuce, cucumber, olives, tomatoes and red onion to large serving bowl.
4. When ready to serve, stir dressing and pour over vegetables. Toss to coat. |
